Embarassingly, just one

Depends. Usually I put a fresh pair on after a shower, so if I shower multiple times during the day I wear more pairs that day.

Yep. As a joke the wife bought me a pair with a picture of a beach and the words "Beach Bum" across the ass. As a joke, I wear them a lot!

Am I wearing any of the opposite sex now, or am I wearing any underwear full stop? Both answers are yes.

On a road trip, during a stop for fuel, I was commanded to go into the men's room, and remove and leave my underwear -- comando for the rest of the day's journey.
