I would like to place on you dietary restrictions... Actually, only 2, but very strict!

1) You should only eat specially designed cow food, like this one:

You don't have to get that one. Any meal designed specifically for cows will do. Or you could use natural foods customarily served to cows. Shall you go that route, I expect you to eat grass and other leaves right off the plants.

2) You shall only drink water.

I got many more rules and tasks to aid you in your transformation. But let's start with these to see how well you handle them.
