Here is one for you.

0. Get a timer ready.
1. Strip (of course)
2. Secure legs just above knees => (this depends on whether your house is on one level, or if it is safe to "bum" up or down stairs with aid of hands behind back.)
3. Gag yourself - use a small towel with a knot in it is you don't have anything else.
4. Secure your hands behind your back.
5. Now touch every doorknob in your house, including closets, with the gag. Touch both sides of each, but you cannot touch both sides of one doorknob without touching another doorknob in between. (Make sure you can get to them all with hands secured - open the closets.

For the coming month you may wear three pieces of clothing: thongs, bras and stockings. When people are coming over, you may lose the bra and wear your normal clothes on top of the stockings and thong. When you need to leave the house you may change only at the latest moment. After this you may not do anything else. If you forgot something, you first need to get in your uniform again and change again. When you come home, the first thing you do again is change into your uniform, no matter what!
