Every morning you have a choice: Either wear a diaper (but only one for the whole day!) or not. If you don't wear one, you are allowed to pee for only 5 seconds per hour of the time you're awake. You can accumulate this time (not pee for 4 hours and get 20 seconds etc.), but if you fail you have to try again the next day with only 4 seconds per hour.
