Your device should be blocked from 6pm to 8 am, all content should be child friendly and you shouldn't be able to use the Internet on Sundays.
If I remember correctly, there are options which types of sites you would like to block.
Simply activate all of them :-p
Next roll a dice, keep this setting for that many weeks.

Get qustodio as well as the qustodio browser, set your age to 6, disable your phone on Sunday's and from 6 pm to 8 am.
Keep it like this for 3 weeks.
Oh, and also disable the camera and safari and make sure you can erase any apps.

If you feel really daring, you could pm your master the password and email of your qustodio account and then he could give you some extra hard settings you wouldn't be able to remove on your own.

Please use some software to restrict my iPhone.

Then go to Time Restrictions and use NightGuard

Use this for 3 days (so it lasts until Saturday :P)
