Clearly making another fandom thread >.<
WHo else was in LOVE with the sherlock series on BBC again!!
And OMG how hot is Benedict Cumberbatch!!!

That face and all those brain cells make every girl in my group of friends want him.
You can keep your Robert D. Jr. He will never make the grade.
Perfect casting and perfectly brilliant
Just a shame they are only on 3 times a year

Anyone else seeing a moffat programme trend building here.

Haven't seen any (yet?) but I have seen the final moments of the latest one. I wasn't all that impressed xD

For one, well, it's just Moffat writing the same ending that he wrote for DW, and also I haven't seen enough to form a better opinion :p

I don't find him all that attractive and the show kinda bores me to be honest.

Sherlock might be ok, but Cumberbatch is one good actor.

I deliberately avoided the first series for fear it might be rubbish- then accidentally started watching the first episode of this series and thought it was amazing! The Sherlock/ Watson relationship is so good, and the writing has a great way of keeping a lot of the key Conan Doyle stuff, but reimagining it to make it original! (I know a lot of Holmes fans hate that...)

I literally just finished watching the last episode ! This series was AMAZING, probably better than the first one but that series was still brilliant.

Brilliant acting from everyone and brilliant writing, but that ending -_- wow

I adore Sherlock! I think my love for the show is starting to border on obsession.
Benedict Cumberbatch is my favorite Holmes, he just plays him perfectly.
I'm not ready to wait for the third season! I know it's going to be forever.

I absolutely love this show. I can't wait to see the next part. Unfortunately, I'm over in the US where it won't air until April.

Just comes across as such. I don't care much for Moffat's writing style anyway, it's all the same :/

I haven't watched but I suspect the direction and acting makes Sherlock what it is.

Respectfully disagree, I think the writing is really well done- I think it's miles better than that for Doctor Who (Confession- the trite, oh-so-convienient and plot-hole-rific endings of doctor who episodes sometimes annoy me- even though I know that's how doctor who is meant to be...)

I think it's terrific. I love the way they take a traditional Arthur Conan Doyle story and reinvent it in the modern era. Brilliant.
