I live with 4 housemates, we all have separate bedrooms. 2 are male, 2 are female. I am friendly with all of them but mainly one of the girls

My room is on the 2nd, and is overlooked in one direction by another residential building across the street, and a train line looks down towards my room from the other direction. I can definitely easily be seen through both windows!

Ok not sure how well this idea works with your roommates then but maybe you can work it to your circumstances.

Order a package that should come on a certain day rather than food which should come in a smaller time frame. On that day wake up and get fully dressed. During the day every 30 minutes remove an item of clothing until you are naked, then every 30 minutes put one item of clothing on until you are fully clothed, keep going like that until your delivery arrives (I originally thought 10 minutes because it would add more peril but maybe its not workable, choose an amount of time that would be exciting but workable). Accept your package in your current state of dress, IF you are totally naked and don't have the balls to open the door like that you may take something that would cover you..BUT IT MUST NOT TOUCH YOUR SKIN, just hold it up infront of you the best you can while still being able to open the door etc
