Not too familiar with fifa, but here goes.

You will need to either have a fresh bottle of piss or need to piss right after. You will need to play the longest, hardest match possible. Each time you score, add a little bit of water to a big glass. Every time your opponent scores, add a little pee to the glass. So the better you are, the less pee you will be drinking. If you win, go ahead and drink up. If you lost, you need to fill the cup to the halfway point with more piss. If you lose by more than 10, fill it all the way up with pee. Hope this makes sense!

Play Skyrim. You must start on one side of the map and walk, yes walk to the other. you must have your legs tied at toes, ankles, knees and hands tied at wrists. you cannot use the toilet the whole time you are playing. Make sure you drink lots before starting just to make it that bit more uncomfortable. When youve reached the other side you can untie yourself.
