Drink 1L of water an hour for 3 hours. Set a random number generator between 20 and 80, and the number is how long you have to hold for.

Drink 500 mL of soda and then 500 mL of tea. Repeat, but with water only 2 more times. After 3 hours, drink 1L of water. Hold for 30 minutes. Walk around your block twice and return. Then you may pee.
