and I want some rules, what I can do, what I can not do, and tasks to do in the meantime.

Drink 1L of water to start off with. An hour later, drink 250 mL every 15 minutes for an hour. Hold for 2 more hours. You must go in a public restroom, and you can't cross your legs to hold.

Hold for 12 hours. Drink 250 mL every 1/2 hour. Alternate between coffee, water, and tea. You must go for a walk out, and do 25 jumping jacks every hour.
