Drink 500 mL of water per hour for 4 hours. Hold for 2 more hours. You must do 100 jumping jacks over the span of those 2 hours, and write 5 words of your choice on your body

Drink 1L of coke/coffee each hour for 2 hours. Hold for 5 more hours. You must also drink 1L of water sometime in the 5 hours. You must write 5 words on your body in any spot, and do 10 push-ups each hour.

Drink 3 glasses of milk and 1 glass of punch, and hold for an hour and a half.

My bladder is not Really strong, a Medium or easy Task would be fine.
It would be nice it it includes diapers, cornertime(https://cornertime.herokuapp.com) or writing Lines (writeforme.org)
I can drink some water maybe with Apple Juice, Coffee, Coke, beer etc.

Drink 500 mL of water before using the corner time program. Find a dice dare that incorporates the program. Do that dare, and when you get out, drink 500 mL of Coke, then hold for 2 more hours.

Drink 1L of water to start off with. An hour later, drink 500 mL of tea. Hold for 2 more hours. You must be cross dressed in an outfit of your choice...
