Ive done this a few times and have found it to be quite fun. Get a bottle of whipcream, sit down with your butt in the air. Then fill your butt with as much of the whipcream as you can. You will get a extremely full in the rectum feeling and you will most likely expell it within 5 minutes of you injecting it in. Still fun but makes you poop a lot.

It can but thats when you make sure to use a little lubricant to make sure it goes in easy.

Indeed. Too much air pressure can easily rupture your intestines. Quite a good way to fall septic and die.
