Pizza; Yeah, seriously.
When you think of pizza, do you think about the thin crust italian one, or the thick fluffy american style?
Or deep dish (I've never tried those before)? Also, what is your favourite pizza topping? Personally I like the thin crust pizzas, pizza funghi probably being my favourite. Last edited by Kitten; 03-25-2012 at 05:21 AM. |

When they're done properly, thin crust all the way. Otherwise it's just an open cheese sandwich on a huge slice of bread

Mike's first law of pizza: pizza has pepperoni. If it is bereft of pepperoni it is not pizza. It is quiche.
I like thin if it's proper Italian style- still doughy and not crispy. Otherwise deep pan.

How can you choose between these three? Personaly, I like every type of crust. I would eat it any way it is made. I an't choose my favorite topings either! I like meatlovers pizza, if that counts.

I don't like pizza, but when someone mentions it I always think of the Ninja Turtles.

Definitely thin crust, definitely vegetarian, definitely needs green olives, mmmmmmmmm.
I do NOT agree that pizza requires pepperoni, so there :P

Pizza definitely does not require pepperoni, it can ruin it sometimes. ;D
Thin crust is okay but I hate how stuff can slide off when you pick it up.

@ shynessincarnate: "I do NOT agree that pizza requires pepperoni, so there :P"
@ sweetsong: "Pizza definitely does not require pepperoni, it can ruin it sometimes. ;D" What is this madness? This directly contravenes the law as given! Society is breaking down!! You anarchists will be telling me next you put pineapple on pizzas next- even though pineapple is so very clearly a pudding. Rule 2 of pizza: if a pizza has pineapple, it's not a pizza, it's a flan. Pizza doesn’t have any such rules. Pizza is junk food or fast food and as a consequence you can make them with any junk. I suppose adding pineapple makes them slightly less unhealthy but only in the same way as one leaf of lettuce on greasy chicken parmesan.

Seeing as I am from Chicago, deep dish pizza is the way to go.

@theone: Pizza is not junk food by default, as anyone who's eaten a fine Italian pizza will attest. Pizza has become so debased since the 60's and 70's that it now seen purely as a junk food by the masses. Which is why I like 'em.
Having lived in Middlesbrough for most of the last year, I've seen more than my share of parmos. Deep fried cholesterol in abundance. Mike
