For a week you may not wear any underwear.

At work you must wear a short skirt, blouse and jacket. During the day you must undo as many buttons on your blouse as you dare and open your legs as far as you dare.

While at home, you must be naked. If you live with others, you must slowly
walk downstairs from your room as far as your dare.

If your home alone you must walk downstairs naked and go into every room, posing in front of every open window before you go back to your room.

If your especially daring, you must walk slowly round your back yard before going back to your room.
