Shower Hose Enema + Other Stuff

I didn't see any shower hose enema dares, so I made one of my own

This dare involves an enema via shower hose and holding. Also possible bladder play and sleeping. It's intended to be done in the evening.

First of all use the bathroom so that you begin with a 'clean slate'.

Now you will use your shower hose to give yourself an enema. Keep the pressure low, you might be holding the water for a while.
Roll a dice to decide how many seconds you need to keep the water going:

Go do this before you continue the game, and unless your roll told you otherwise, you can't use a plug or wear a diaper.

Now let's find out how long you'll be keeping the water. Roll another dice.
