I think you should do a milk and honey enema no more than 2 hrs after starting your hours of starvation. Make sure your nice and cleaned out. Hold it for as long as you can!

You're only allowed meat once a week
Twice a week you must eat dog food as a meal
You may not use the toilet when at home only a bucket
You may not use hot water anymore and showers should only be 5mn long
You may only sleep on the floor naked

In regards to dog food, be careful as it could cause health problems. It's meant for dogs to eat after all, not people. If you wanted to go with something like dog food I'd say instead throw some meats and veggies in a blender and blend them up together. This way you get something resembling dog food without providing possibly bad side effects

Dog food is edible. Sure it's made from low quality meat but the meat is processed in the same way. The main danger with dog food is lacking some nutritient but that would only happen by eating dog food all the time for a while which is not the case here.

Just to let you know if weight loss is a goal youre going at it wrong. That can make you bloated. I would suggest a lot of small meals a day for actual weight loss and to do healthy exercise for 30 mins x2 a day

If not goal then feel free to disregard
