@chrs: So I got down to do the 65 deepthroats for chrs. I did 70 due to the accuracy of the app I use. I used the same setup as described here but with a nose shackle on which prooved to be inpractical for higher amounts. You can now choose an X up to 170 for that PM dare.

so as far as I understand those keywords can be used once for every ten times you post. all of the other posts are using their dares.

I finished up my exercises and I realized how weak my gluts are apparently 35lbs on my hips for the thrusts makes a huge difference. The push ups I only added 10 to.
