Well lets start with a warm up

You are to pick one item in each of the room in your flat and use it to edge in that room while naked.

You need permision to cum for the next week.

Workout:
Get dressed (5 pieces of clothing, including shoes)
If you fail a SPECIAL you lose a piece of clothing. You have to wear one less piece of clothing for each SPECIAL you fail and you get back a piece of clothing for every workout you do without failing a SPECIAL.
SPECIALs are to be done imediatly after a Task.

Failing a task: You lose a piece of clothing till the end of todays training and have to do the SPECIAL twice.

If you are naked at the end of the workout you lose all your clothes for the workouts and have to get them back one by one and cant wear them until you have all 5 pices back. Also you may not wear underwear even when not working out while under this restriction.

Task 1:
20x T push ups
SPECIAL 1:
Put a penis like object (a cucumber or banana with its base cut flat) [penis like object will be PLO from here on] on the floor infront of you. Do 20 push ups with trying to deepthroat the PLO on your way down each time.

Task 2:
40x lunges
SPECIAL 2:
Put the penis like object on a chair or coffee table and squat on it 20x. Make sure it goes in all the way each time.

Task 3:
On all fours, leg to the side and kick it out; 10x each side

On all fours, one leg and arm out and bring back in, 10x each side

SPECIAL 3:
Hold the superman pose for 30s while cleaning and sucing the PLO.

Task 4:
Hold feet hovering over ground for 60s
SPECIAL 4:
(if naked put on a at least a bra and panties for this task) give yourself a bra connected weadgie and hold the plank for 60s

Task 5:
20x dips
SPECIAL 5:
Put clothes pins or clamps on your nipples and do jumping jacks until they fall off.

OPTIONAL SPECIAL 6: (this one is optional but if you decide to do it you can not quit)
Roll a dice d6:
1. Go out for a 5 min run.
2. do 50 jumping jacks in front of an open window
3. do 100 steps outside of your house/building
4. go to an open window wiht a bucket of water and 3 objects inside you have to get them out with your mouth only
5. throw something out the window and go get it back
6. edge in a sqat
