They do, but i live in the city so that might be a little too exciting for me, although i could do it on my bathroom window, where its frosted x3

I think something simple and regular would help keep you in the right headspace pore easily, perhaps something like from now on you can only wear panties, o male underwear. Simple, hidden, and discreet, but will be a good reminder for you
