How about when you clean, you do so naked, wearing heels, and using rope to make yourself a hobble chain where you tie the rope to your ankles and the slack between your ankles is short enough to prevent you from taking full steps. About 1-2 feet worth of slack should suffice.

If you have a second piece of rope, do a breast bondage with it and include a crotch rope and tie your wrists with the rope with about an arms length between your wrists and have the rope go behind the crotch rope so that you can only reach with one hand fully and if you try with both hands, it pulls on the crotch rope.
