wrongCharacter = calculate_wrong_place(correctCode, guessCode)

score = correctCharacter * 2 + (wrongCharacter - correctCharacter)

Else, if the code would be (e.g.) ABCDEF and someone tries to crack it with AAAAAA, it would give a score of 2+5*1=7, which is very misleading considering only 1 A is correct.

I tried to crack it myself and we're still not there yet. I managed to get but 3 letters in the code (not the correct positions yet) and 2 maybe-letters of which I'm not sure they are in the code. There are still some tries unsolves (QUFLZPER, MNTVAAAA, BCIJKLOP, and ICMNFAQM). All other codes were either discarded (score of 0) or used whole to get more information.

At least 1 spot filled by - F (If 2 F's then in any of the 1,2,5,6 spots, if 1 F then in one of the last two spots, possibility of more than 2 F's not ruled out)
At least 1 spot filled by - M or N or both are there (if M is in first spot then N not there and if N in second spot then M not there, and if both M and N are there then M not in 1st and N not in 2nd spot)

(I haven't processed all guesses so more clues may be there and my results above subject to human error)

1 day left.. we can't let the code go uncracked, more guesses and collaborative effort needed to crack the code..
