Spreadsheet only rpg

Hi everybody!

I would see that a lot of roleplays here are dead or unmanaged. With my invention no longer!

How does it work?
Simple its all part of spreadsheet. No need to track stats by hand, everything is handeled by the spreadsheet!

Story

Basicaly, you are on a map that you can travel on. On a map are elements:

Cities - You can get dares there
Roads - Travel between cities (+encounters and so on)
Taverns - You can rest there or trade slaves
Shops - Buy items
Random event spaces - self explanatory
Forest - there will be a way to get through it but that will come later

Systems

Economy - buy/sell items and slaves, money gained by doing dares

Slavery - anyone can be slave or master or both. How hard is to get caught is determined my stats. There will be a way to get from slavery and trading. Some features are however only avaliable if you are slave.

Masters - Some features are only avaliable when you are master of someone. Your job is to command your slave/s with dares

Stats
Stamina
- adds energy
- you gain it by doing physicaly intens dares

Resistance
- how hard is it to get caught (well, modifier of it)
- can modify some dares
- Gained by indurance (pain, bondage etc) tasks

Attack
- how easy it is for you to catch someone
- can modify some dares
- gained by doing dares

Beast
- you have to be slave to gain this stat
- it will allow you to go through forests (and your master)
- gained by pet play related dares

Man
- only stat that can go below zero
- the less you have the less of a man you are (girls, sissy)

Inteligence
- It will allow you to do some kind of dares
- If you go through forest there will be chance you go in wrong direction if you dont have enough
- If you are slave it will go down as you cant have your own mind

Shops
Each shop will have different items and they will change every few days. There will be about 20 items and every item will do different thing.

Rank
Rank is status gained by different thing. There will probably be dropdown menu where you can choose unlocked rank that you like the most.

Interactions with other players
It will have to be through PMs or Kik as that would be little inconvenient through the Spreadsheet. There will be however a buletinboard with one line for you to fill.

I will open the game once its in at least semiplayable state. It will take around a week or so I hope. Im looking for admins that would add people and managed the game. And I know what I said at the start of this page, the game is running itself EXCEPT adding/deleting people.

You fill your GD name, than description of dare (ex. put clamps on your nipples for 5 minutes)
than fill in numbers what stats and money the person gets. Only stat that can go negative is "man" You can put negatives in other fields but I dont recommend it. For neutral write 0.

Seems interesting, but it would be useful to have an idea of how relative values matter ie. Is it on a scale of one to ten?
Also, the question for the man stat you have to give a number above 0 which I think is an error.

Scale should be low like 1 point for simple tasks and 5 for hard task. negative numberes are probably locked by google so just write it as part of the desc that I should decrease

Edit:
currently working on map movement it should be hopefully today evening. Everything after that should be much easier.

Edit 2:
Map is done and shop is done, but on the most basic level. On map you can now only walk on roads and spaces for walking BUT no encounters events yet. In shop you can buy but it doesnt cost anything (easy to fix tho).

Edit 3:
I have the map working, the shop working and the "consuming" of items working. Not fully as you move, buy and consume nothing for price of nothing. But thats just few lines of code to add. The bigger problem I ran into is that my scripts are painfully slow. How slow? Lets sey that google refuses to do even first row for some reson (it worked fine at first maybe they are limiting me?). But it gave me a workaround option that should work but I have to rewrite everything. I will do that tomorrow. The slave system is just copy/paste of what Im gonna rewrite tomorrow. It should be "simple" and done at the end of the week.

Still waiting for more dares!

looked at it just for what will be necessary for tomorrow. It looks like its looking at cells that are 70000 away from what I have to read xD definetly have to look at it tomorrow

Ok so update.

Map is working and its draining energy.

Shop is working and it drains money.

Inventory is working and its "taking" items away. But they dont do anything yet.

You can now buy slave.



And things still to add:

For slaves to buy freedom.

Moving through forest.

Anything related with your stats.

Anything to do with any dares.

Trading of slaves/tavern something.


I will have tomorrow free time so I will try to complete it.

Another update!

Slave can buy freedom

You now receive dares

You can now "complete" dares. It gives you stats. Still have to add money and self delete.

Your energy now restores once every day


And things still to add:

Moving through forest. -- not priority

Stats to do something. Im still not sure what but it will do somethng!

Random event to add some other events (currently two out of 5)

Trading of slaves/tavern something.

Big news

The game is now populated by 5 players!
There are still some things to complete, but its now working.

You now gain stats.
Energy regenerates once a day and it can be modified by stamina stat.

First item added Energy drink.


To do tomorrow:
- Scout for dares

- Add so you can pass through cities if you have enough stats.
- Add rest of random events.
- Add tavern

- Add how much "you" cost as slave by resistance and attack stats
- Add how much it cost you to buy freedom by inteligence (and attack?) stat.
