Happy October getdarians! A few months ago the lovely iheartfun made a fitness thread, and I liked it so much and have been on a weight loss journey..
So I wanted to make a new one! I'm going to be using a lot of heartys ideas from her thread since they worked so well! This challenge will last from October 8th to November 5th! The goal for this months challenge is to reach 100 points! Failure to each this goal by Nov 5th will result in the following circumstances... For how many points short of the 100 point goal, you will complete: That many edges until you can cum again That many HARD spanks if life circumstances mean you cant complete one of the consequences or rules, or need to modify one, please state it in a comment before you start the challenge! I want everyone to be able to participate! I'd also really like everyone to post a goal they wish to accomplish this month! This could be fitness or health related, or something else, as long as it is something that can better your life! You will want some way to track your steps, water intake, and food/calorie consumption. I suggest myfitnesspal, fitbit, Samsung health, and Google health. But there are tons of other apps out there to use! Please use the thread as a support place, to post updates every week on your journey, and for anything else related to the challenge! To gain points: 1 point for every 64oz water drank a day 1 point for every 10,000 steps walked a day 1 point for every 30 mins of walking or exercise 1 point for every 7hrs of sleep 1 point for staying at or under your calorie goal 1 point for every pound you've lost at the end of challenge To lose points: -1 point for every day you go over your calorie goal -1 point for every 2 days in a row you dont exercise

I'll sign up.
Fitness Goal: Drink more water actually. I know I don't drink enough. And I drink way too much soda. Hoping replacing that with a water habit by the end of the month. My aim is to lose weight through this (been doing as I had a lot to lose, now not as much but, still need to lose.) I do lapse and hoping this helps with that. Since home life with spanks; I'll use a nunchuck as a implement. 10 pinches to the area beforehand. Will help since I can't be loud.

I'm in. Physically, I can't always manage edging, but I can substitute that with denial, and have a nasty implement to whip myself with. Sorted!
My goals are to get my home 'gym' (rusty old weight bench, free weights and punchbag) set up, and maybe scrounge, upcycle and buy some second hand gear to add to it, as well as clean up and paint some scuffed weights. It's a bigger job than it sounds as I need to redecorate the room first, and get some replacement parts. Want to be walking more to help my posture and breathing, too. Thank you, and good luck, all. Oh good I need this. I did really well during the last one and then after I kinda let myself go... So I will use this to get on track and help me jump back into being a better version of me. Hmm I don't know what I want my goal to be.

I really need this. Looking at the scoring, getting to 100 seems really difficult for my life.
This is my estimate, which is way too low. 20 exercise 28 water 15 sufficient sleep 5 lost weight 20 calories -8 calories Calorie goal: 2000. I don't tend to do well in restricting calories, and tend to over eat a lot. So, I am estimating I'll miss the goal twice a week. I think I am going to have to find time to walk a lot on the weekends. |
