Day 14:
Steps +1 Water +2 Sleep +1 Food +1 Exercise +4 Total: 65 Strange week, this one. Was hoping to have all of my gear set up and ready for regular use, but that has not happened, and I might not be able to get it set up this month as I need help. That would be a BIG fail. I do have have all of the parts and tools together for the restoration, though, and can get on with that part of the job. Still need to exercise more. Good luck, all. Anything one can do to refine and help oneself, even if it seems small and pathetic, is a beautiful thing. Remember why we do what we do. Take care, and be kind to yourselves.

Monday, October 15 Water: 96 (+1) Steps:6046 Exercise: none (-1) Sleep: 3h 12m Calories: 1825 (+1) Points earned today: 1 Total Points: 16/100 Tuesday, October 15 - Friday, October 19 I was really sick this week and didn't track anything. Though I can say for sure I drank well over my goal each day (+4), I easily passed my sleep goal each day (+4), was well under my calories each day (+4), did not come close to my steps any day, and did not exercise (-4). The good news is I lost six pounds during this sick period. Points earned while sick: 8 Total Points: 24/100 Saturday, October 20 Water: 76 (+1) Steps:5915 Exercise: 30 minutes with personal trainer (+1) Sleep: 5h 58m (+1) Calories: 1991 (+1) Points earned today: 4 Total Points: 28/100 Sunday, October 21 Water: 80 (+1) Steps:3818 - this seems really off? I did a lot of chores at home and went shopping. Oh well Exercise: none Sleep: 4h 24m (barely missed my goal ) Calories: 1575 (+1) Points earned today: 4 Total Points: 30/100 So halfway through and I am way behind the pace. I am also going on vacation for five days which is sure to get me even further behind the pace. This is clearly going to be a huge failure - I might not even hit 50 .

Yesterday was under goal, I did exercise but, not for half and hour and no not enough water to get the point either so +1=29

Undergaol equals 34. The most exercise I done yesterday was knee highs and the no exercise half hour days, I just done knee highs for each of those. I been sick so not able to do much exercise.

Water +2 Sleep +1 Food +1 Exercise +4 Total: 103 Thank you for saving me from a double post! 100 points clear, so no whipping for me (maybe)! But, I'm really going to push it for the final week. I have a lot of food regulation goals that I'm not putting in the thread, but if I fail any of them, calories or no, it will count as a minus. Also, while I'm not weighing myself until the final day, my favourite and irreplaceable jeans are fitting better, so that's nice. Lack of gear is a fail, but a lot of that is beyond my control, and I'll still have my bench all repaired and good to go and prettified, so... meh. Good luck, all!
