Rules violation or not?

So, I contacted a member on kik who had posted in multiple threads in the "messengers" subforum. Turned out she had no intend to play and only used GetDare as bait to sell her stuff.
Is this considered a violation of the forum rules?

"Requesting money for services, selling of any kind or advertising external sites which require you to pay, is prohibited and may result in a ban."

It sure feels like it, but than this may be a bit of a grey area since technically, she did all of this on kik and not on GetDare directly? But obviously her account exists for this purpose only?

(Not naming the member in question here in public, but mods can request it by PM.)

It's a bit of a gray area but I also know that people can be banned if they have "no intention to play" after posting in those threads.

I'd just report their profile with the evidence and let the mods decide.

Please report such profiles along with proof of them asking for money so that we can take care of it.

This is just not true.

As red said, please report to the profile to the mods along with any proof you may have and the mods can deal with it.
