It depends on how much pressure you were applying earlier on and over which period of time. But usually the main part of the visual big swollen result (like 80% of it) shrinks back down to normal size within the first 1-2 hours after pumping. Until everything looks completely normal again, it might take between two and six additional hours, depending on how wild you went. But usually it's completely gone the next day.

And sore isn't exactly the word I would use for in this context. Pumping doesn't make me sore at all. I mean, does getting a boner make you sore? Pussy pumping is all about bloow flow regulation, there are some erectile tissues not only in a penis' shaft, but also inside a woman's labia. And the more well perfused this area becomes, the more swollen it gets. The orgasm itself isn't much different. Sometimes it can be a little harder to orgasm, when the area around my clit is so much swollen after pumping, that I cannot reach the sensitive tip of it with my fingers that easily anymore. But on the other side, my clit and my labia are much more sensitive to any touch, so I guess that is counterbalancing it again.

1) A good pussy pump in my opinion is one, that is matching with the shape of your pussy. There are several different shapes and sizes and each one is specialized on pumping a different part of your pussy. For example, I have pretty large and protruding inner labia. If I would pump them using just the regular standard cup shaped pump, I wouldn't be able to achieve as good results as I do with my tube shaped pussy pump instead. And of course it should not leak any air while pumping and should be padded so the pump doesn't get pressed agaisnt your skin too harshly.

2) To me it works best, when I'm just sitting on a chair or laying on my back on my bed with legs spread wide. I have also tried doggy position, but needed to be a bit careful then. The first minutes are the crucial ones, after them the suction will be so strong that the pump stays on no matter which position you're assuming.

3) I have been give some proper instructions on a different website that mainly deals with pussy pumping as a main topic. It was good to learn from others online who were more experienced than me back then and who were also willing to share some hints and tricks. 1 Yes we have done that before, it was a very exciting shopping trip to the grocery store for her. But noone took notice. At least noone mentioned anything.
