-if you have a collar it stays on all day
-anytime you need to pee during the day you’ll get on all 4’s and pee in the shower
-find an object to play fetch with for 15 mins
-sleep on a pet bed on the floor.

-Ask chat for 20 degrading words to write on yourself
-wear a buttplug for 8 hours.
While the plug is in:
-have your nipples clamped while you deep throat for 15 minutes
-ask chat for permission to pee
