I was inspired by a picture I saw on Tumblr last night. It was a girl, receiving an enema and then being forced to retain it while a hitachi was held to her clit! 1 - 30 mins
2 - 45 mins
3 - 60 mins
4 - 30 mins
5 - 45 mins
6 - 60 mins

Size of the enema (your choice)
1 quart - has no effect on the duration
2 quarts - takes 15 mins off the time
2.5 quarts - takes 20 mins off the time
However, minimum time to hold is 15 minutes no matter what

Solution (random - use a 6-sided dice)
1 - baking soda and sugar (1 tbsp of each per quart)
2 - cold water and peppermint soap
3 - warm water and salt
4 - baking soda and sugar (1 tbsp of each per quart)
5 - cold water and peppermint soap
6 - warm water and salt

Hitachi speed - (random - use two 6-sided dice)
Low - 5 and below
High - 6 and above

Using a plug to help you retain (your choice)
If you decide to use a plug, you must wear nipple clamps for the duration of the dare
Small - add 10 mins to duration
Medium - add 20 mins to duration
Large - add 30 mins to duration

Gag - (random - use a 6-sided dice)
1 - no gag
2 - ball gag
3 - worn panties
4 - worn panties
5 - dildo
6 - my choice of the gag options

Motivation
So what is your motivation to hold for the duration?
If you hold for
Less than half of your duration - no orgasms for a month
Half to three quarters of your duration - no orgasms for two weeks
Three quarters to full duration - no orgasms for one week
Anything over the full duration - no orgasms for two days

Of course, during the dare you are free to orgasm as often as you'd like. But I would recommend holding off as long as possible if you have any desire to cum in the foreseeable future
