First is thing to do is drink a large glass of water or other favorite drink. You must hold as long as absolutely possible and when you think or know your about to go you will cum into a glass then pee into that glass. Once done drink it all up. The next time you need to pee you will once again wait until the last second then cum into your underwear and then get fully dressed. I did this dare last night. I started by chugging water and watching TV while I felt my bladder started to fill.
