I'm sorry for the long delay in answering your question, I couldn't answer it when I saw it, and then I forgot.....

Well I guess your saw my report in your thread about the rules you gave me, so I won't repeat that here.

For my permanent rules -:

1) I must always be totally honest, must not keep anything from Sam

This can be easy and hard at the same time. Easy in that I would never lie to her about anything I do or task or dare, but can find it hard to be honest about how I'm feeling. I find it difficult to talk about my feelings. If I'm feeling down, I worry if I tell her she'll treat me differently, feel sorry for me or I'll depress her.

2) I must not swear.

I've never sworn a lot, so this one is fairly easy, obviously there are occasions when it can be more difficult, and I have occasionally slipped up with it..

3) Can only view porn approved by Sam

I don't find this one difficult in that I want to watch other porn, as I don't generally watch much anyway. But can be difficult when she finds me some to watch when I'm denied... especially if she adds conditions to it too..

4) All orgasms and sexual pleasure are under Sam's total control.

I love this rule, I think it is my favourite. I mean, it can be difficult, sometimes she won't allow me to touch and it just drives me insane, other times I have to edge so much that I would do anything to stop! And Sam is an expert at teasing me right to the limit of what I can take to the point that it turns me into a subby mess lol But if just feels so right, knowing that all my pleasure belongs to her, it makes me so horny, which is not helpful when I'm denied haha But feels good....

5) I must spend 10 mins a day kneeling naked, blindfolded, gagged in silence contemplating how fortunate I am to belong to Sam and how I can better serve her.

I like this rule, it's nice and peaceful and does help me to switch off thinking about anything else other than Sam

6) I must call Sam within 30 mins of waking up (exceptions are made when I have a very early start, as Sam would not want to be woken up at 5am. But has to be agreed the day before, and I have to email her within 30 mins to show that I thought of her before anything else)

I always look forward to this every morning To hear her voice every morning just makes me happy and is a great way to start the day! I am always sad on the occasions when we can not do it for various reasons.

7) Whenever I am talking to Sam, I must be kneeling unless otherwise instructed

This does remind me of my position in the relationship! thankfully for my knees, if it's going to be a long call, she will let me get off my knees after a while!

8) I must call Sam at a prearranged time in the evening every day.

As with rule 6, this is a highlight of my day, nice to talk about how our days have gone, how we are feeling, any plans we have, life in general, or any tasks Sam want's to give me.

9) I must do 15 mins rigorous exercise each work day, and minimum 1h 30 on non work days.

I can find this rule difficult at times, if I've had a hard day at work and it is sometimes hard to find the motivation especially when I am feeling down. But it is a good rule, as routines are helpful for me and the exercise is good for me.

10) I must maintain my BMI in ideal range.

Fortunately I don't have to work too hard at this one, my weight doesn't change much. I'm fairly sensible with my eating and my job and exercise help too.

11) I must always wear "Hers" bracelet except when at work (as not allowed to wear any jewellery at work)

I like wearing it, it is always a nice reminder that I am hers

12) I must always wear my collar when home alone or with Sam (unless in public)

This is another reminder that I belong to Sam. It does help me feel more submissive when I am wearing it. I really do feel like something is missing when I don't have it on. I've got so used to wearing it though, that a few times I've almost forgotten I was wearing it when answering the door to visitors......

1) Well I am tempted by anal, but for health reasons I don't think it's a good idea to risk it (I tend to bleed easily in that area..) Also one other thing I kind of would like to try (not sure why lol) would be having to wet my bed and have to lie in it But I really don't think I could actually do it, just because I don't want to get pee in my mattress, as no way to get it out afterwards! Have considered putting waterproof sheet or something, but then pee would probably just run down side and onto carpet.

2) Oh quite a few things, but mainly myself to be honest! Just with the way I am. Other than that, litter and vandalism, just because of the pure pointlessness of it! Really don't understand anyone who does it. Just why????? Also washing up the dishes lol especially cutlery, so repetitive.

edit - also no matter how much phone storage you have, it is never enough and it always seems to be running low!!! and the apps you don't use, you can't uninstall....

1) I think I'd make a terrible dom lol I'm just too submissive and I find it hard to say no to anything... It would probably go something like this

Sub - Can I please have X
Me - No
Sub - but pleeeeeaaassssseeee *looks up at with sad eyes"
Me - awe, okay then, have 3....

(not saying that's always wrong thing to do, but think sub would get bored if every time.....)

Also I don't think I could ever punish anyone lol and being a dom is hard work!

2) Oh so many things.....
One of the hardest personally for me, is simply initiating a conversation or joining a conversation with anyone, in any situation. heck, even just saying hello! I just find it so difficult (partly due to my Asperger's, but don't think it can all be that), I have zero confidence in myself, like why would they want to hear anything I have to say? what have I got that could add to the conversation. (If you've ever seen me in getdare chat, you have probably noticed that often I'm in there but barely say a word, quite often all I manage is "hello" or "how are you" and then I just watch everyone else talking...... (and people have tried to talk to me, but I know I'm hard work to talk too.....) I just very rarely seem to be able to enter in with conversation. Sometimes by the time I've thought of something to say and worked up the confidence to say it, the moment has passed, the subject has changed or the person has gone lol Have to say I get quite depressed with myself about it. It's just so stupid!

1) oh a couple of weeks, maybe longer... but in reality, even if I had that kind of power, I doubt I could deny them very long at all, I find it very difficult to say no to girls! They really wouldn't have to beg much before I'd give in to them lol Just look at me in a cute way and say pleeeeasse, and I wouldn't be able to resist giving them what they wanted. I'd be a hopeless dom lol

I always find it hard to pick a favourite, but here goes.

1) Going to go for favourite piece of music, as I don't listen to songs much. I prefer instrumental/classical/film music etc..

If I had to pick a song, maybe Fix you by coldplay But probably mainly for the instrumental part half way though lol

Secret I keep, well my underwear collection, I keep secret from the vast majority of people.......none kink wise, well I keep it secret that I failed my college course because I couldn't face doing the project presentation in front of the class and teachers.
