I guess banjo loses

Loser will give up control of their pc for 30 minutes. In that time, the winner gets to customize how the loser's pc looks, their name, their user profile, etc. Additionally, the winner can mess with the losers getdare account.

The winner can install and set up parental controls, reduce loser's account from admin status to prevent uninstalling, and keep them in place (max 1 week, after that all must be turned back to normal)

No black screen, no key loggers, no malware/viruses, no messing with files already on the machine, and no social media.
