I'm locked most of the time. Unless I'm doing a dare or task that needs me to me completely naked, the belt doesn't come off.

Not exactly submissive, but she holds my keys and often helps me on dares.

we are quite close as siblings, yet it was extremely difficult and embarrassing to admit to her.

Yes it does excite me, to be horny and frustrated for years,.

I'd probably reduce the max add limit to 2 weeks instead of a month.

There is no 'most kinky' fantasy, but there are some I'd love to try, like being bound in front of a huge group of people. Staying naked for extended period of time. Or having intimate relations with a family member.
