For me it is a toss up. One I would do again and one I wouldn’t (but only because the risk is too great)....

#1: “getting my cabin door and bathroom door mixed up when I got up to pee at 3am” wearing only men’s thong underwear on a cruise. Had to wait in hallway for guest services to come let me in.

#2: clothes destruction on a driving trip. I had to find safe places to pull over and get clothes cut instructions from my dare master and repeat until my clothes were all shreds and fell off then I had to throw them I to a trash can at a fast food restaurant and drive home naked with no spare clothes.

I'm sure it's not quite what you meant, but any kind of chemical play, especially involving icy-hot/bengay. I once was dared to slather my middle finger in icy hot and sink it up my bum up to my last knuckle... Made for a toasty couple of hours!

No going back in the sense that, once that heat starts, you can't stop it, only endure...

It’s a bit simple, but my favorite “no way out” dare is drinking castor oil. It leaves you no choice as to when you mess, so you’ll HAVE to be diaper for the next few hours, and it hits you multiple times, so you’ll be forced to make multiple messy diapers. I’ve only done this dare once, and made the mistake of taking it before bed and wearing a goodnite to bed. I didn’t mess in my sleep, but as soon as I got out of bed, I completely filled my goodnite, it didn’t leak but it was very full. After the goodnite messing I got up to fill two more diapers.

Never done a dare that was drastically "no going back" but I've gone for walks far from clothes while completely naked, which can be kind of risky if my stuff is stolen.

Only ever done one of these but it was the first time I wanted to be naked outside and I knew that I needed to be put in a "No going back" position or I would have wimped out.
Not especially risky but I put a house key at one end of my garden in the daytime. I then went back inside, stripped apart from my shoes, and then stepped outside and closed the door behind me. The only way back in the house was to go and retrieve the key and return while naked.
The moment I closed the door was a thrill and the adrenaline while running across the garden and back was quite intense.
I've been naked in the garden several times since and been more risky but never locked myself out again.

There is the classic key put far away (a few kilometers if possible ) from the car, and you leave the car naked locking it without the key (it was easier with older car probably!)

I've once tried this : go on center of a (small) bridge, get naked and throw your clothes under the bridge, you have first to quit the bridge and then to go down to be able to dress, and meanwhile finding where to hide when a car is passing.
For me there was also some people coming near the small river, not far from my clothes, so it made me wait a little more !

I've done also, not totally wanted but... go in the building garages, at night but not too much, naked without the command for the global "door", wait hidden when a car opens it (this is why it can't be done in middle of the night) and then go outside before it closes, wait for it to close without moving, then I was stuck outside and had to go on streets and round the buildings to access to the main entrance with my key !
I've done it twice, but the first one I hadn't fully realized what were the consequences until the garage door was really closed and that I understood I had to do the walk in the neighborhood (5-10mn, but it's longer when you are in it ! )

It is actually one of my rules. “Spend an hour a week with septum ring chained to a light post at midnight in the minimum clothing as possible“. O this one is great and worthy to try.
I only took Castor Oil once and it was messy. But this sounds fun, especially if heading out on a walk or to a store.

I have committed myself with an enima before entering a store. When it was released a huge bulge created.
