Take four clothespins, try a piece of string to each.
Pin one on either side of each nipple.

Sit down, tie one bit of string to a toe on your left foot, repeat for your right.
Now tie one to the middle finger of your right hand and the other to the middle finger of your left.

Roll a die. Multiple the number by 5. That's how many minutes to leave them on.
