I am sensitive all over and ticklish almost anywhere. The most ticklish though would have to be my cock and balls. Typically as soon as someone starts licking me I have to stop them because the sensation is too much. I dont mean orgasm, I mean ticklish. Im not really that ticklish but if i had to say i would say the soles of my feet. That's why i hate getting pedicures because it is always a bit ticklish.

Though oddly im more ticklish when someone lightly runs their fingers along my few ticklish spots as opposed to someone actively trying to tickle it.
