Edit: I hope this won't go against the "no socks" rule, but definately "socks" and "stockings" are different things (and, IMHO, a woman's wardrobe should contain a lot of stockings and no socks

You're only allowed to get dressed just outside your front door.
Make a plug part of your daily outfit, treating as if it was an item of clothing.

wearing any top outside requires wearing nipple clamps for the same period at home before. If you have "paused" the nipple clamping required for your time outside (eg because you needed a 5 minute break because they became to painful), you will also have to pause wearing the top when outside...

Makes sense. How long my nipples have to be clamped though, to wear a top?

well, because you asked ;-), let's double the timing. Thus 2 hours wearing a top costs 4 hours of nipple clamping before you can wear it....
