There's a pool at the complex, pretty standard. Some houses have them but only a couple in ground and I haven't seen them up close.

I love this idea, about details on what to wear/buy:
- top, white, just like the one you are wearing in your profile pics, barely fitting you, a cheap cotton one
- shorts, use white panties instead of shorts, like this one barely fitting you..and again cheap cotton ones..
shoes and socks, nothing else.
make some cuts in both panties and top with knife/scissors before wearing them

what to do and rules:since you want to be pushed in your jogging session what about some fartlek? if you don't know what i'm talking about it's like this
- 5 mins jog, heating up
- then 5 mins "Pushing", steady "hard" speed at almost your limit
- 2 mins walk
- jog 50 meters then wind sprint 50 meters without stopping, repeat till you feel tired then
- jog alternating some 10 meters sprints, 2 mins
- 200 meters full speed
- fast pace 1 minute..
then repeat

if it's hard to remember..just use something like mail boxes or the like (stop signs, bus stops..) and:
- hard speed for 2 mailboxes, slow pace for 3, jog-wind sprint till tired as above, hard speed for 3, slow pace for 2..then repeat

do your fartlek session to the laundromat, then once there..strip naked, edge, and start the heavy washing setting and hottest/highest drying setting

while waiting alternate some naked wind sprints with some edging still fartlek idea, wind sprints till tired then edge to recover..

you then have 2 option, jog (fartlek) back home naked..or wait while training ..
opt 1 you may cum once you are back near your appartment
opt 2 you have to cum before putting on your clothes, each one so 1 time for "shorts/panties" 1 time for the top, you can't put them back without cumming..

oh and fartlek again for the route back home

This one was fun... and made me scared (which is good).

So I went in in my little outfit, no big deal. I stripped and put everything in the washer, including my house key. I was walking around naked! I did some sprints but I was already tired. My heart was racing so I turned off the lights, cause with them on at night I felt like anyone could see into it lol.

It was going fine till 20 minutes later a couple guys came in. I hid behind some machines on the far end of the room. They were bullshitting and loading their clothes into machines. My heart raced but eventually they left.

You may jog for a 30 mins jog (this measn a lenght you may run in 30 mins by pushing not at your best but quite hard..) , 15 mins on path 2 and 15 mins back, wearing tank top, skimpy shorts and gstring.
start and set an alarm on your wristwatch every 10 mins, when it rings take off an item of clothing and edge, then go on jogging holding the clothes you took off in your hands..then the final challenge, did you made it back to the starting point in less or 30 mins? if yes you may cum and dress, if no throw the clothes you have with you in the pool, edge, then jump in the pool to collect your clothes, cum while naked then dress and go back home.
