This is a 5 day long dare! It's not easy but if you do this you will feel sensations you have never felt before.

For the next 5 days, you cannot touch yourself sexually in any other way than what I'm going to tell you.
The only way you can touch is this:
1. put a few fingers on your clit.
2. rub your clit in a circle 4 times in a row (not too fast!).
3. immediately remove your fingers from your clit.
4. count to 4 while not touching.

Every time you do steps 1-4 is a 'cycle'.
You have to do at least 600 cycles each day. You can do more, but not less. You can decide if you split them up over the day, or do them all at once.

Do the counting to 4 with the same speed as the 4 circles.
The best speed to do the cycles is approximately 4 clock seconds a cycle.

You are not allowed to reach the edge from this! You should relax and don't clench or tense anything on purpose down there, while doing the cycles.

After your 4th circle, don't keep your fingers on your clit even a split second more, you have to remove them immediately!

When 5 full days are over, you are allowed to have an orgasm.

However, for every time you accidentally did more than 4 rubs in a row, or waited less than 4 counts in between, you have to add 1 punishment minute.

For the total amount of punishment minutes you have collected you have to keep a very strong vibrator on highest setting pressed right against your clit, immediately after you orgasm.
If you don't have a vibrator, use a hard water jet from the shower or bath.
