Hey thanks, these both sure do sound ‘punishing’, unfortunately I’m unable to kneel for any length of time due to an old injury. I would appreciate if these tasks could maybe be amended to take this account. Sorry, I should have said this in the initial post.

Thanks for these punishments, but I think the idea is really to humble me and stop my tits from getting attention rather than to have them out or sexualise them

Do these use a bandage and cover your breasts making them smaller now buy a blouse of grandmother up to the neck with ruffles and long sleeves a large measure and loose use this the rest of the week or until you feel sheme of your behavior, life with out tits is verry difficult let's see if you stop.showing them and making feel bad those poor girls out there...
