hold me accountable for my rules:
1) I am required to work out 5 days a week

2) any day I am not working out I am required to wear panties
2P) if I miss a workout but did not wear panties I must wear them the next day even if going to the gym

3) any day I am in panties I am not allowed to cum
3P) If I cum when forbidden I must eat it

4) If I fail to make it to the gym 5 times in between Sat and the following Fri, I must go for a run Fri night. If I fail to make it 4 times I must run Fri and Sat night.

if caught not obeying the rules potentials punishments include, but not strictly limited to: wearing panties for a number of days, spanking, CEI, self facial, additional runs, or in extreme disobedience , being spanked by local dom.

proof of any punishments will be provided to anyone that KIKs me and catches me breaking rules

So far I have been caught on the 16 for failing to make it to the gym but not being in panties for the day.

on the 17th I was in panties I required but was caught jerking off.
worth noting, I did not make it to the gym on Sunday sooo... see the rules above to know what that means... maybe someone should make sure I continue to follow them on Monday...
