Ok so when you need go bathroom start pee normally, empty a good part of your bladder and when you have almost done hold it, put on clothes and finish empty your bladder. If you feel you can keep the wet underwear and maybe pants, (it depends on how much pee was left when you put clothes back on) until they dry.
You can try this many times holding more pee every time.

I don't really think CNC is doable, or at least I don't really know how to help you.
Let's start with interrogation and predicaments.
Stand near something you can use to tie a rope/string, a wardrobe, a wall with hook or else, now to that string tie your hair with, string need a lenght that allow you to kneel, but when you kneel hair must be pulled hard.
Now put clamps on and attach weights (you can use a bag full of common objects) to your nipples. You can choose to switch between standing with weights pulling your nipples and kneeling with hair pulled.
About interrogation is hard to set, you can ask your Mistress to set a interrogation roleplay while you are doing this, or find someone else, you can be released once the interrogation is done.

(This one was a bit tough for me to do hope is not too hard and you can enjoy it).

Well let's start very easy, whenever you need to go toilet flip a coin: head you can go, tail you must wait 10 minutes.
Try it for one or more day, if it too easy, or once you get used to it I can give you something more complicated.

Yeah! Sorry for putting it though on you! I tried this but honestly I coudln't make it work. The hair tie was hard and I was kinda scared it would be dangerous. My clamps kept falling of and overall was very hard.

I would like to request another one though, with... maybe some easier kinks for you! I don't really know. Fear play is one of those, but again, I don't know if it would be doable. The other one is knife play. Thank you for your effort in the last one!
