A brief update on the current state. I'm still on no-touch, and a submissive mess at a near-daily basis. I'm afraid I'm liking it too

A few panic moments when looking at how slowly I am chipping away at this mountain, but by now I'm all good and happy. Just chipping away at the mountain without looking at the numbers, much better for my sanity.

The urge to touch is wildly fluctuation. Usually it's not there. Often it's a dull pace. And sometimes it's all I can do to not actually touch.
