AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH! This one was agonizing. By the end I was an eyes-rolled-up-in-the-head zombie....

Although this one was not specified for me, I chose to do it because I needed a punishment before bed, and I didn't have a full hour to allow for the routines specified for me (my requested max was one hour; the max on this one was 30 min).
