You'll need rope, nipple clamps, collar, spreader bar, anal hook, hand cuffs and a timer.
- Start by stripping, removing all your clothes and putting the anal hook in. - Sit down on the floor and put on the spreader bar. If it's adjustable; make sure it's as wider as you comfortably can go, and then one position wider. - Put on the collar and nipple clamps, if the nipple clamps has a chain, the chain should go thorugh the ring in the collar (where the leash normally attaces). If the clamps don't have a chain; thake a pieace of rope, tie it around one breast, loop it up throigh the ring in your collar and down the other side and tie it off around the other breast. - Take a longer piece of rope and thread it through the ring on the anal hook.
