I heard from Mistresses that locking up your dick in a cage for long period of time makes it smaller. Check out the cage community on the board and ask them what they think if it's true.

Not sure on the original question.

As for chastity, long term will shrink a penis but it will return to size within a fortnight. The suggestion then is to lock up regularly and for long periods with less than a fortnight between sessions.

you should also you a smaller and smaller cage, also if the chastity goes for a long enough time without brakes you might become impotent and then the penis should stay small and soft for good

Masturbating excessively also proven to reduce penis size.
