Hi there!!!

I've been told I need to practice my deep throating and hope you all can help me out. My boyfriend said I really need to work on this, and I can't come until you all are satisfied.

I currently have 3 toys at my disposal to help me accomplish this task.

18 inch long 1 inch diameter dildo
8 inch long 1.5 inch diameter dildo
14 inch 2.0 inch diameter dildo.

I'm hoping you all can give me dares/accumulate deep throating tasks to help me improve! Currently I can get about 3 inches on the 1.5 and NOTHING on the the 2.0 inch.

If you could add instructions/dares I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

Examples Below:

Toy - how many times - how deep - how fast - butt play

If you are aiming to improve your deepthroat, focus on the thinner 18 inch dildo.

Deep throat the dildo as much as you can naturally take, and measure your depth with fingers. Aim to improve your depth by one finger per day.

To motivate you, whilst you are practicing your boyfriend may fuck you, finger fuck you and tease your clit until you have manager the extra fingers worth.

Do it step by step. So I agree on the thinner one. Practice changes a lot!

Try a single deepthroat on the next thicker one every once in a while.

At the end of your practice, every day, do this...
Slide the 18" dildo in your throat as deep as you can manage. Then tilt your head all the way back and let go of the dildo with your hands. Let gravity help you and try to swallow it a bit. You must attempt this for 30 seconds each time. If it starts going all the way in (which I doubt), make sure you grab it. Don't want to swallow the whole thing.

I see you asked for A2M but haven’t got any yet. I’ll help. Deep throat one of the thinner dildos to lube it up and to loosen your throat. Now insert that dildo into your ass. Take the 2” dildo and try to get at least one inch in. If you are unable to take the dildo out of your ass and lick it all over before deep throating it as far as you can and holding it for 10 seconds. If you did get the 2 inch dildo in 1 inch you don’t have to taste your ass, though you could try again going for 1.5 inches.

Ok, start with the 18 inch, as others said, but try to find a sleeve bandage and wrap it around the body, for a tight fit, then as you get deeper slide move it down so you can use it to mark how far your lips got.
Once you start to gag stop, rest and see if you can take control of your breathing through your nose to see if reflex stops. If it does continue, if not try to hold as long as you can but don't vomit over dildo, keep a bucket or something nearby for that, and a bottle of minty mouthwash to rinse before retrying so you don't have vomit taste in mouth and don't get it on dildo either.
Then try again, as others have said try to last a minute to start, then once comfortably holding for a minute go deeper, and repeat until you can get all 18.
