Next time you eat something when you're alone, stop eating in the middle of it and pour it down your pants like a bully did it in the school cafeteria. Insult yourself about it a few times and then really make your point by giving yourself a nice wedgie. No changing for at least three hours to simulate the amount of time you'd have to wait before you could get home from school to change.
