No there isn't. My KH has set no rules other than once my time finishes I will be unlocked as soon as she sees me.
However if my time gets to one minute and someone posts 5 times to keep it going then it will carry on

It's harder to have a long string of two people posting.

BTW, I think that's 22 posts at one hour, and 7 at 4 hours, so it's now over two days -- but still not very long.
