Presuming climate is not an issue, should men be allowed to wear clothes? Why/Why Not?

If no, then specifically, should men with small penises be allowed to wear clothes? Why/why not?

Men, like woman are allowed to wear clothing. In fact most places we are required to wear clothing.
I also don't know what thee size of the penis has to with anything.

I, personally would love to run around naked if I could get away with it. The issue is not if they should be allowed to, but can they get away without it.

75 degrees in the afternoon here even in February. (usually much colder than that but this year we have had no winter.) I often don't get dressed at all until I have to go outside.

The size of the belly should be more a factor of being allowed to wear clothes. Or rather, required to wear clothes. There are some of both sexes who should never be seen naked!

That said, I’d vote in favor of all women having the right to “reach in” at any point they want to. Also, I’d include a rule that if 4 or fewer woman are present, they should be free to require the man to strip completely naked for the duration of the time there are 4 or fewer women present.

These rules would exclude men who are married or engaged, unless their woman says that she will allow it.

I voted for NO, but basically this is the idea: men are allowed to wear clothes, but women are allowed to require them to strip.
