Lost too much in gambling - need painful punishment

I have lost too much in gambling and need really painful punishment in return. I am returning home now and will be in 8 hour non-stop journey.

I am planning to buy hot sauce sachets, tape and lots of water. Please give me something really painful during the trip.

I think it's necessary to choose a very appropriate punishment for such a loss because it's unforgivable. Losing in gambling is quite a frequent occurrence, but this encounter can be prevented.
